The Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the official national governing body responsible for regulating, developing, and representing bodybuilding and fitness internationally in Uzbekistan. The Federation was officially registered in 2006 and recognized by the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan.

The Federation is a member of the Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Sports Federation (AFBB) and the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Federation (WBPF).
In 2021, Uzbekistan hosted the 12th WBPF World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship in Tashkent (Humo Arena, October 1–7, 2021). The event was attended by approximately 350 athletes and over 150 sports delegations from various countries around the world.
7SABER provided primary financial support as the main sponsor for the international event.

State-Accredited Sports Education Infrastructure
Uzbekistan State University of Physical Education and Sport (UzSUPES) has officially launched the first 4-year state bachelor's program in bodybuilding and fitness coaching in the country.
