Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through uzfbf.pro, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data (ЗРУ-547 of 02.07.2019, as amended).

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

This is an informational website for partners, sponsors and media. You can read every page without giving us anything. We collect personal data in two places: the enquiry form and the chat window.

2.1. Enquiry form

  • your name;
  • your organisation, if you enter one;
  • your e-mail address;
  • your phone or WhatsApp number, if you enter one;
  • the area of interest you select;
  • the message you write.

Why: to answer your enquiry and, where it leads somewhere, to discuss a partnership. In legal terms this is processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement.

How long: we keep enquiries for two years from the last contact, then delete them. If an agreement follows, the documents that support it are kept for as long as the law on accounting requires.

2.2. Chat window

The site carries a chat window in which an assistant of the secretariat can tell you where to find things and pass an enquiry on for you. You do not have to use it, and you do not have to identify yourself in order to use it.

  • the messages you write, which may contain your name, your organisation, an e-mail address or a phone number if you choose to give them;
  • a technical session identifier, held in a cookie, so that the assistant can follow one conversation and so that the window cannot be used for automated abuse;
  • the page you were reading when you opened the window, and its language.

Why: to answer your question and, if you ask for it, to pass your enquiry to the secretariat. The assistant asks for three things only: a name, a way to reach you back, and what the enquiry is about. It does not ask for identity documents, bank details, card numbers or financial records, and you should not enter them there.

How long: the conversation is held in the server's working memory for the length of your visit and for at most thirty minutes after your last message, then discarded. It is not written to a database. An enquiry you ask us to pass on is delivered to the secretariat and then kept on the same terms as the enquiry form above.

2.3. Technical data

Our server records the usual request information: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to keep the site available and to protect it from automated abuse, and is not combined with the enquiry form.

3. Who else sees it

  • Telegram — enquiries are delivered to the Federation through a Telegram bot, so the content of your enquiry passes through Telegram's infrastructure;
  • Anthropic PBC (United States) — the replies in the chat window are produced by a language model this company operates, so the messages you write in that window are transmitted to it in order to be answered. Under the commercial terms that apply to us, they are not used to train models;
  • our hosting provider — the server on which the site runs.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not use advertising networks on this site.

4. Where it is stored

The site runs on a server located in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Two flows leave the country, and we name both here explicitly: delivery of enquiries through Telegram, and processing of what you write in the chat window by the provider named in section 3. If you would rather use neither, the contact details of the Federation are on the contact page.

5. Your rights

You may ask us to:

  1. tell you what data about you we hold;
  2. correct it if it is wrong or incomplete;
  3. delete it, or block further processing;
  4. withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Send your request through the enquiry form. We answer within fifteen days. You may also complain to the competent authority for personal data protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan, or go to court.

6. Cookies

See our Cookie Notice. In short: this site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

7. Children

This site addresses partners, sponsors and media professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

Each new version of this policy carries a new number and date. The current version is always the one published here.
